Review Time
Product is junk. Crap from China. Ordered the knee straps. They could have fit a middle schooler. Emailed back got a return address. But I had to pay to send back. $7.95 they received them last Monday. Still pending a refund. Emailed them today for status. They said they never received them, even though I have the tracking number and confirmed delivery. Now I’m out the $33 I paid, plus the $7.95 I paid to return them. After I sent a screenshot of the tracking the communication stopped.
Extremely poor customer service. Products do not arrive.with instructions. Requested instructions over 3 weeks to return the product repeatedly using their online form, email, and DM on Facebook- without a response. They dont list the phone number on tje wevsite either. Very upsetting and dissatisfied with FlexWrap.
The strap broke after only the second time using it , emailed there customer support to be told I can send there faulty product back to them at my cost ( to China ) would probably cost as much as the strap cost £25 ! Do not use this company shocking customer service and a cheaply made product that broke on second time of using!
Waiting and waiting. Did not read reviews before buying. I agree with many that this is a scam company. No one will respond to the many emails I've sent. No phone. Shame on me for not doing the research I normally do. Will work with credit card company to see if I can get refund. Only fools will try to buy this scam.
