Terrible experience with the service.

I had a terrible experience. The company partners with them for flight vouchers, but they failed to send out the vouchers for almost an entire group. Students had to incur significant out-of-pocket expenses due to their oversight, and the support team was incredibly unhelpful.

Convenient but Lousy Customer Service

This service sold me a flight with a major carrier but didn’t mention it was 'operated by' a budget airline. Their initial response was dismissive. When I asked for a solution, they refused to take responsibility or switch the flight without charging me the fare difference. A rude representative then accused me of 'just wanting money' but later blamed his comments on a language barrier. After a lengthy discussion, he was able to change my son’s flight to a major carrier in premium economy. While I appreciate the correction, the treatment I received to get what I paid for was unacceptable. I later received an email from the representative apologizing for his behavior and asking me to consider updating this review, which I have done. I accept the apology and have increased his rating by one star for his effort.

Excellent experience with travel coordination

Our university recently worked with the service to coordinate travel for a large student exchange program with over 53 students heading to Europe. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Organizing travel usually entails a lot of hassle for us, but they worked directly with our students to gather information and book flights without my involvement. I typically spend weeks following up with everyone. What impressed me the most was their quick response and problem-solving abilities. When a last-minute flight change affected our group, they were already on the phone making new arrangements.

Great support for student exchange programs

Our organization manages student exchange programs, and we’ve been collaborating with the team at the service for about four years for planning and booking group flights. One representative has been particularly helpful, assisting with various issues across multiple continents, often during odd hours. While our main focus is travel, we’re grateful that this team has taken over flight arrangements, as it was previously quite challenging to handle on our own.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I felt compelled to book with them, and every quote they provided was always higher! Just go directly to the airline's site and book for yourself! Their customer service seemed clueless! Not worth the hassle—hands down the worst booking experience I've ever had!

Very disappointing overall.

I encountered significant issues with the service, including an incorrect booking that they failed to resolve adequately. The customer service was passive-aggressive, and there was a clear lack of an effective complaints handling process. Nothing you can't do yourself

Response times are generally quick, but anything they find is relatively easy to discover on your own. The time spent going back and forth with them could be better used searching for your own flights or accommodations. They’ve been around since 2011, but it seems their service hasn’t evolved since then. An app would be beneficial!

Service quality has declined

I agree that their service is not as competitive as it used to be. I previously booked Business Class tickets with them at great prices. However, with today’s technology, you can find what they offer yourself with some effort, and their 'experts' don’t seem to be doing their jobs effectively anymore. I've heard many people struggle to get refunds even if they are unsatisfied. If they offer a mere USD 5 cheaper than what you can find on a flight aggregator, then why pay them USD 150 for their service?

No unique advantages

I have successfully used this service in the past. Unfortunately, my latest experience was disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to get a refund even if you’re unhappy with the flight details and no booking was made. My recent experience shows that their 'experts' are just searching the usual flight aggregators—something you can do yourself if you have the time and patience. No special tricks or offers were presented. I can no longer recommend this service.
