Flight Fairy Phonies, Extortionistics, Frauds, Shisters…

Flight Fairy or CHEAPVUELOS are total grifters/con artists. You go through their website, they show great rates for coach seasts with no noticve that it a "special". The seats they claimed un der the "deal" were sub-coach when the site stated they were coach. They also said I could have any baggage, not even a back-pack or carry on of any kind, couldn't choose my seats and had to be at the airport 8hrs early to "hopefully" be assignerd a seat so long as flight wasnt full. I get this eail saying "URGENT" call us immediately. When I called the rep "Jake Smith" clearly and indian fellow, stated that I needed to pay an additional $320 on a round trip ticket when I purchased a one-1way ticket. He also kept saying this was a United Airlines requirement when my flight was boocked through American Airlines. At this point I started to clearly get upset. I told them that their site claimed complete "tramparency" and that there weren't any "hidden" fees! The ticket was classified as Coach seating which they claimed was false. They stated that the tickecxt was a "Special" deal which wasn't listed anywhere. Non of these exclusionary items were clearly listed anywhere on the site. I said fine then its been only 4hrs since booked and to cancel it immediately, which they claimed they couldn't cancel. I asked if the ticket had been processed and they claimed it wasn't but there weren't refunds. I said fine process the ticket because I am a gold member with AA and that they would fix this issue. I was told that this James fellow would call me back within 20minutes and that was last night at 7pm. I just hung up with them again because James hasn't returned my call. I instructed them that if I did not hear from James in the next 30 minutes I will call AA and book direct. The ticket they advertised was $535 and AA had business class for $595! These clowns wanted an additional 160$ to upgrade my ticket to coach, which is what the ticket clealry advertised on their site. This means they are triying to grift me for an additional 160$ for coach when I could be sitting business, had I just gone direct through AA!!!! They use cooresion and blackmail to strong arm you into paying more under the guise that they will not provide a refund unless you pay more. Crimianals like this derve to be called out for the extorionary tactics they leverage to rob you!!These guys are shisters, fakes, phonies, rip-off artisists and should be avoided at ALL COST!!! As previously stated, these guys are fakes, phonies, extorionists and BUYER BEWARE!! RUN! RUN! RUN!

Flight Fairy or CHEAPVUELOS are…

Flight Fairy or CHEAPVUELOS are absolute grifters. You go through their website book flights for an unusual ridiculous low fare & they don't send you any confirmation, the representative calls/ emails to tell you all the impossible restrictions you have to bear.1 No carry luggage, check in bags, no personal items2. Middle seats, no aisle or window seats3. No upgrade or changes allowed4. No e ticket, you have to go the airport 4hours ahead to get your ticket. All of this is done to make you accept an upgrade for almost the same price as not using their service, you can't cancel the flight and you must decide to accept the new deal on the phone then and there.Afterwards, they charge you and want to make you to pay another fee to them as penalty via an email with ridiculous terms and conditions. Additional 300 USD which doesn't even promise the cancellation.RUN! RUN! RUN! They are grifters, using psychological tricks to get more money from you.

FLIGHTSFAIRY if a bait and switch…

FLIGHTSFAIRY is a bait and switch extremely expensive travel agency. They gave me a cost of 1348 for four people to fly to Baltimore. I agreed. Next morning they called and said that they had the flights but that it did not allow any luggage, carryon, or personal items and that the tickets were at such a discount that I would not be able to add luggage at the gate. This should have been the first clue that they were not legity. So after hours on the phone I finally had a deal for four tickets (not the one I wanted in the first place) for $2167 which included a $500 dollar fee that I thought was part of the ticket price, it wasn't. I could have gotten the same tickets by myself for approx $1700. I told them I wanted to cancel the whole thing but they said the money could not be refunded. Another long story but that too was false. Avoid these guys at all costs or it will cost you.

Hazel was awesome!

Hazel answered the phone immediately. She was super helpful. She went above and beyond what was needed. She even got all our flight seats ( 4 flights ) assigned together! I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am. It is so hard to get good customer service from big companies these days!

Bait and switch

As other people have said. Bait and switch. What happens is that they tell you that you're buying "economy" tickets. Then after you buy them, they call you up and tell you that they are actually "secret exclusive economy" or "restricted economy" and that you don't get bags, or you have to show up 8 hours early, or some other crap. The only way to get the tickets you thought you were buying is to "upgrade" for a new fee. That fee magically goes down if you try to cancel. In effect all they're doing is taking your cc info and booking on the airline site. The "special" economy that they have doesn't exist at all when you check with the site. If you ask they respond with something like "well you told us that we could do this" or "we didn't do anything you didn't tell us" which is true, based on the lie about the ticket restrictions they claim. Very shady, run out of India, and the location in the US is a residence where 10 other travel agencies are supposedly run out of.

Hazel is Great

While traveling with my wife and son, we experience a winter weather advisory and needed to change our flight. We tried online and calling the help line but was unable to make any modifications to our flight. From the minute Hazel answered my call to the very end, she clearly had my family’s best interest at hear. She reviewed multiple possible flights, prices and dates. She wished my wife a happy birthday and made sure to include our infant in every travel plan. Our call lasted 1hour and every minute of the call she was working to ensure my whole family was satisfied with the flight change.

Stellar Customer Service!

After having booked a flight for the upcoming holidays, ran into a few "personal issues" and needed to make some adjustments to my reservation. When I reached out to customer via phone, I spoke with Hope, who went out of her way to assist me. Hope has a very good attention to detail, and was quick in resolving my issues, she's also a great listener, and I'm very grateful she went out of her way to really help me. Thank you Hope!
