“What a great experience! Took the 1:30pm VIP van from Khaosan Road to Hua Hin and could not be happier. Only 10 passengers so it felt very private and relaxed. The driver was safe and friendly, staff took great care of us, Wi-Fi was available the whole trip, and they even provided bottled water. Such good value for the price. Will definitely book again next time I visit Hua Hin!”

My friend made a mistake when indicating the e-mail adress.
After reading the faq we tryed to reach out by the mentioned form, which was impossible as we couldn't find it on the web site (we really looked hard and several times!).
After writing an e-mail to them explaining the mistake the problem was solved within 24h!

Vietnamese bus company did not turn up. 12Go did nothing to resolve and left me as a 60 year old on the streets for many hours. I gave up waiting to hear from them despite numerous emails.

Further, the problem started in that their system allowed bus company changes to what i had actually booked. That shoulsn't bw allowed.

Look on playstore, this app has terrible reviews for customer service, can see why.

Took a 13 hour night bus from Hà Nội to Da Nang via 12Go/HK VIP Line Buses. Arrived on time, very clean and spacious. Book the lower cabin if you want a smoother less bumpy sleep - we stayed in upper and still slept great. Flight neck pillows improve comfort also! The bus does not announce when you arrive at your destination so you need to be awake and vigilant the next morning otherwise you most likely will miss your stop. Use Google translate to speak with the driver though as they are helpful. Booking on 12Go was super easy also!

We paid for our tickets and was told that the booking conformation would be send to us after an hour. More than 26 hours has now passed, and we don’t know if we can get our bus. They are not replying on their support mail either. If there is a mistake on your booking, then there is no help to get.

I want to share my experience for anyone traveling between Siquijor, Bohol and Cebu.

I booked ferry tickets from Siquijor to Tagbilaran 1 month in advance through 12Go. The confirmation stated that tickets would be secured 1 to 3 days before departure.

One hour before departure I was informed that they could not obtain the tickets and the booking was cancelled with refund.

This is the second time this has happened to me using 12Go in the Philippines.

Inter island ferries between Siquijor, Bohol and Cebu often sell out, especially on weekends and holidays. A cancellation one hour before departure creates a real risk of being stranded and missing onward flights. In my case I had flights from Cebu the next morning. I only avoided serious problems because I suspected this might happen and arranged alternative transport in advance.

Refund was processed, but reliability is the issue. Booking far in advance did not mean seats were actually secured.

For ferry routes such as:
Siquijor to Tagbilaran
Tagbilaran to Cebu
Cebu to Bohol

I strongly recommend booking directly with Oceanjet or the ferry operator rather than through an intermediary platform, especially if you have tight schedules or connecting flights.

This service may work if you are flexible, but for critical connections in the Philippines, direct booking appears much safer

We booked a bus from Phong Nha to Hanoi a week in advance and received notification of meeting point on the day of travel .we arrived on time only to receive a WhatsApp telling us they had made a mistake and that there was no bus for us . Stranded with a 10 hour journey to do and a plane to catch we had no choice but to pay for a taxi at over £230 - which has completely wiped us out . To top it off when we asked for a refund we were told we may not be eligible and to look at the T&C. Still chasing the refund now and no response. Absolutely disgusting service especially to leave female travellers stranded and now hugely out of pocket

Paid for a private 2-person VIP cabin – received separate berths. No accountability from 12Go.

My wife and I booked and paid for a 2-person VIP private cabin on the train from Da Nang to Nha Trang. The booking confirmation and price clearly stated that this was a private cabin for two passengers.

When we boarded the train, we were given two upper berths in two different cabins. This is not a minor seating issue — it is a completely different product from what we paid for.

I immediately contacted 12Go and provided screenshots of the booking confirmation, pricing, and cabin description. Despite clear evidence, they refused to acknowledge any error and declined to offer compensation. Instead of taking responsibility, they deflected the issue.

If you book through 12Go, be aware that what you pay for may not match what you actually receive — and resolving the issue afterwards may be difficult.
Avoid to use 12GO company in any circumstance.
