Scam. Literally 4 hours after booking they call and try to double the price based on official airline prices....what a scam!! You book at $900 and they call wanting to charge me $1800....such bull. I cannot believe companies have the nerve to treat customers like this. It is false advertising and illegal.
Dominic Trew was very helpful, I was able to book 3 tickets the first time I contacted him and then I called back to add one more passenger to the same flight and he was and he was able to accommodate and to get me a price very close to what I had paid for the first 3 tickets. it was my first time using flight nest and I was satisficed with the service they provided.
Nicole Brown was our agent. She was very warm, responsive, and most of all, very helpful, in guiding us through various options, and helped us settle on the best option for our family. Im so thankful I found this website. I was looking for affordable flights for 4 of us, over the holidays. I somehow booked and paid for 2 tickets and not 4, so I had to call the customer service line. They answered the phone quickly and put me in touch with Nicole Brown. She was extremely helpful. She explained to me what probably happened, and was quick to cancel the reservation I didn’t want, and help me find similar flight for 4 people. It was a process for her, since flight prices are ever changing, but she worked with me and her resources to make a reservation for me that was cheaper than other sites, and still a reputable airline. She kept me informed through email and phone calls. She was great with updating me on the status of her search, making sure I was ok with the flight and price prior to charging my account, and followed up afterwards to let me know when the billing team completed the transaction. She really took the pressure off of me to find exactly what I was looking for, since she has more resources than I do as a consumer. I really appreciate her help and can’t wait for our trip!
Helpful in finding the cheapest price. Found it is better to call an agent directly as my web order was unavailable. That being said they corrected the issue to the best of their ability to meet my needs. Talked to Dominic and he was helpful and understanding.
