After my USB cables stopped working, I attempted to reach out to the support team twice—first via email and then months later on a messaging platform, but I received no reply. My initial email was sent in August, and the message on the platform was sent in mid-November. As I write this review, it is December 3rd.
1) Products: So far, my experiences with the products have been positive. While most are manufactured overseas and the manuals aren't as clear as those from well-known brands, they perform well. 2) Customer Service: Today, I unsubscribed from the newsletter due to receiving it in a language I didn't prefer. I also sent an email to express my concerns. Within a minute, I received a response in perfect German, assuring me they would update my newsletter and order communication preferences. I don't understand the negative feedback I've seen.

Terrible company and customer service. I purchased a smartwatch and lost the charger while traveling. The charger is out of stock on their website, and the support team has not responded to my inquiries. Their site lacks charger specifications, and I can't find a compatible charger anywhere online. What a waste of time and money.
