Easy to book and pay

Easy to book and pay. Possible to cancel and reuse for a new ticket. On time and good service. Meeting time 15 minutes before departure, I think is a little waste of time.

No hidden surprises, just a well functioning bus service

If you're prepared to spend the extra time travelling by bus, FlixBus is a great option. Good seats, busses arrive on time, and it was all in all a pleasant experience. No hidden surprises :)
