We had problems with a delated bus and not anyone at the Flixbus office knew anything. After waiting an hour there came a bus. Even though the information could be better from that point of view, it was still nice to get the information afterward in an email. And the way the people handled it was nice - And that is the only time out of many travels I have had a problem! :D On an everyday basis, the busses are always there in good time, and the driver is sweet and it is a really nice and pleasant way of traveling :D

Recommended!

I tried Flexibus on medium length trips (4-5 hrs). I had very good experiences: pretty punctual (but of course it is traffic dependent), good service on board.I suggest to have more plugs where phones can be charged.Overall, recommended!
