This is the fifth occasion where a bus has been delayed due to the border situation. The trip involved a transfer in another city, and the initial bus arrived late, causing me to miss the connecting bus, which departed on schedule. No one provided any updates, and there has been no refund or response from the company. If this isn't a scam, it's certainly poor corporate behavior!
