After advertising 6 instalments the full amount was deducted and when you call they don’t have any agents to help you. Worst mistake I have ever made. Why the hell will you say interest free and instalments but then the full amount was taken
I bought a mountain bike from Cycle Lab and the lady at the till asked me if I want it on Float, she told me how it works, 4 equil payments with no interest and it took her under 1 minute to conclude the transaction. I am happy and my last payment was deducted this month so it worked for me
I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN BUY (AND RECIEVE THE SAME TIME) NEW APPLIANCES AND PAY OVER A FEW MONTHS. IT IS REALLY INTEREST FREE! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND FLOAT TO ANYONE NEEDING TO BUY ITEMS BUT DONT HAVE THE CAPITAL, ESPECIALLY IN THIS FINANCIAL ECONOMY. I ALSO LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A DASHBOARD TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING AND ITS REALLY HELPFUL THAT THEY SEND REMINDERS OF WHEN PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN OFF ETC. THANK YOU TO WHOEVER HAD THIS BRILLIANT IDEA!
Pointless and misleading service. Refund still not processed, a month later. On top of that, they have continued to take further payments. This all comes after a month long back and forth between myself and the merchant and myself and Float, who was completely unhelpful, despite receiving multiple cancelation confirmations from the merchant who processed it immediately (A MONTH AGO).An utterly egregious experience - it should not be possible for a company to exist and operate in this manner.
