I reached out to customer service twice and had a wonderfully positive experience each time. My first inquiry was about ordering a replacement door that was damaged during installation. After detailing the issue, a new door was sent out promptly at a very reasonable price. The second time, I needed to replace two oversized trim pieces. After sending a photo, the new parts were quickly dispatched at no cost. It's refreshing to encounter a company that truly values customer service in today's world.
We invested in a matki shower a little over 3 years ago and within a couple of years the acrylic shower tray has developed ugly yellow stains which have not improved with cig cleaning and gentle scouring (as recommended by matki). They have recommended referral to a specialist firm to sand down the base but as they point out this might affect drainage.It really is unsatisfactory and I would advise readers to strongly avoid the matki shower tray and the company’s help has been negligible.I’d like to add a photo but not sure I can on this site.In light of the company's response I can categorically say no dyes or tanning products have ever been used, only liquid soaps and normal shower gels. We regularly clean the shower and it has not been neglected in any way.
We purchased the Matki Illusion ICT 1080, RH.Unfortunately when I opened the packaging of the shower enclosure , the door and the side panels were LH , although the packages were labelled RH.I initially spoke to Josh regarding the issue also Paul Lawrence the Sales Manager.After a few emails with photos of the issues , Paul arranged delivery for another enclosure apologising for the inconvenience.As a good will gesture I received a glass shelf and robe hook.An engineer named Lee also called due to myself not being able to correctly level the hinges for the shower door.Paul also arranged the delivery of some gully parts for the Matki shower tray, as a gesture of good will also.We are totally satisfied with Matki and their professional service and their high standard product and would not hesitate to recommend Matki to our family and friends , I cannot recommend them highly enough.
On return from a holiday we found that the glass in the fixed panel of our six year old Matki shower enclosure had shattered. We contacted the technical support department at Matki and they supplied a full replacement shower enclosure to our home address at no cost to us.We felt this demonstrated wonderful customer service and a deep belief in the quality of their product.
What fantastic customer service! I sent photos of the problem, Matki identified the part needed, compatible with our shower, even though it's a discontinued model. A phone call secured the order and it arrived within a day. Really positive experience.
My Matki shower seals were showing some signs of wear & tear after 2yrs. Numerous plumbers merchants couldn't provide a "like for like product", so I emailed the Matki helpline to see if they knew where I could source the seals. Shortly after I sent my email, Fred from the Technical Support Department got back to me and my problem was quickly resolved.Fred couldn't have been more helpful and like the Matki Company and it's products, he was first class and a real credit to Matki
I had a great service from Cameron in the after sales department. He quickly identified the part for my shower that I have had for 25 years! And passed me on to the right department. Matki is a great product, the shower has lasted well, considering it gets used everyday. Michael made sure I received the part the next day - that's service! Thank you!
