Review Time
It took almost 2 weeks to get my item. Item was wrong when it arrived. The description of DK said it fit "all S series pumps". I called the original manufacture to confirm that their statement was incorrect. It took numerous calls and time to actually speak to customer support person. Even though the description was completely wrong, they made me pay for the return shipping. Then when they refunded me, they did not refund me the original shipping. Let me reiterate that they made the mistake by misrepresenting the product saying it fit all S series pumps. PS: When I reordered the correct part somewhere else, it arrived in 2 days vs 2 weeks, cost substantially less, and had free shipping. I do not recommend DK. Shame on them.
The products work well and came as advertised. The only thing even slightly off was the lack of screws, but that was mentioned in the product description. Worth the money and great people.
I received a cheap knock off of the product that was represented on your website. When I questioned what I received, customer service lied and told me that what I ordered was discontinued and this was the substitute. (It's not discontinued, many other companies are selling the product.) Then CS dragged their feet on getting me a return label, asked me to provide the tracking # (it was on the label they sent me.) I just, almost a month from order date, received my refund. This was my one and only experience with DK Hardware. I will not take a chance with them again.
CAUTION: Unsatisfactory Experience! This feels like a classic bait and switch tactic. They promote an item at an appealing price, you complete the purchase, and then receive an email saying the item is unavailable. To add insult to injury, they suggest applying your refund towards another purchase. No, thank you. I strongly advise steering clear of this service. "Something is definitely off here."
The handling of my address change before shipping was impressive, and everyone I interacted with (3 or 4 different representatives) was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They provided a product (Stops the Sting) that I had struggled to find online or in stores. Although it was out of stock, their ordering process and connections to suppliers ensured I received what I needed promptly. Thank you!
