The experience began positively, but that was where it ended. Communication about delivery was lacking. I had to call to confirm if my bed was coming! I was given a time slot of 9-11 a.m. but heard nothing. When I called, I was told school traffic might be causing delays. It was school holidays! After waiting another hour with no call or delivery, I called again and was informed it should arrive that day. Finally, at 12:55, the delivery team arrived. They were vague about the timing and mentioned it’s always a 4-hour slot. Now, I’m still waiting for a call back from the store. I won’t return! The service has noticeably declined since my last purchase.

Just visited the location to purchase a new bed and headboard, and we were assisted by two knowledgeable and friendly staff who helped clarify the confusion of their extensive stock and arranged a deal we were very pleased with. Delivery was also timely.

We visited the store looking for an extra firm mattress to support local business. The shopping experience was pleasant, although we only tried one mattress as the staff indicated they had just one extra firm option. Before deciding, we confirmed it was made in the UK, and they assured us it was. After paying in full, we waited for delivery. The mattress arrived in two weeks. However, during warranty registration, we noticed the model on the label differed from the invoice, and it wasn’t made in the UK. We returned for clarification, and another staff member said the owner would contact us the next day. We waited until 5 p.m. but had to call the store before closing. The owner claimed the staff member was experienced and suggested they wouldn’t have been unaware of the mattress's origin, stating it was our word against theirs. We shared our shopping experience and suggested reviewing CCTV, but he mentioned it was only retained for 14 days. After discussing, he promised to send details about a UK-made mattress with a 25% discount, requiring an additional payment. We have not received any response since. We are very disappointed with this local business's integrity.
