This is NOT a UK based company, they have a warehouse in the UK but the customer service team is based in the Philippines, not a problem normally but I try not to spend this much money if the company isn't UK based (not good if things go wrong). I am a new customer and I ordered a desk for £399, they sent the wrong size desktop, when I phoned to complain the best they could offer was to send a replacement desktop 4 days later. Not the next day to makeup for THEIR error but 4 days. This is not acceptable for such a large value item and as its a desk with moving parts I now worry about spare parts and maintenance. Nothing on the company website gives the idea that they are not UK based. I would avoid and try and buy local. The true measure of services is when things go wrong.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. They send parts of your order separately over several months, without the rest being in stock. They can't even provide a timeline for when the remaining items will arrive. I would have rather waited longer for the complete product than received half of it early, as having only part of it is just inconvenient.
Do not buy from flexispot they will send of bits and parts at a time spaced out by months without having the rest in stock so they cannot even tell you when your would receive the other half of a desk they should of been sent out together i would of preferred to wait longer for the full product than have half of it early because what can I do with it other than inconvenience
I had ordered a BS8 Chair in Grey from FlexiSpot but on checking their order confirmation email I noticed that it was a pre oder which would be available 10th February. Checked the web site are realised I had missed that bit but noticed that the Black version didn't have the same note so I emailed them to ask if it would be possible to change the order to the black one if it was in stock. They replied YES and the next afternoon it arrived. That's what I call great customer service. The chair was easy to build and is comfortable though a little firmer than the chair it replaced but I think that's probably a good thing.
I ordered a desk from FlexiSpot and only two out of three items were delivered. For over two weeks, I was repeatedly told that the remaining item would be delivered, only to finally be informed that it was out of stock. This information could and should have been communicated much earlier. After cancelling the order and requesting a refund, FlexiSpot then asked me to provide basic information that they already hold, including which items were delivered, my address, and what needed collecting. This despite the fact that: • The order number was clearly provided • They already know what they dispatched and what they failed to deliver • The items remain unopened and in their original packagingRather than resolving their own error efficiently, the burden was repeatedly pushed onto the customer, prolonging an already frustrating experience. This has been a complete failure in communication, stock management, and customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, particularly if anything goes wrong.
I’ve bought the BS8 chair with them, but it turned out to be uncomfortable as the lumbar support is too low for me. I then requested a return and refund. They said they would arrange a courier to collect it, but I’ve waited for over a week and no one has come to collect. I’ve wasted so much time just waiting for the courier to come, and this issue is delaying me from getting the refund.
Ordered in November 2025, It's Janaury 2026, the agreed upon date that the chair I ordered would ship however it still hasn't shipped, contacted support and got told it'll be April 2026, Absolute Joke of a company - also before you order anything from this company, read Reddit reviews
I recently purchased the FlexiSpot E7 Pro standing desk and my experience has been excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the packaging was secure and well organised.Assembly was surprisingly easy, with clear instructions and high-quality components throughout. The desk itself feels extremely solid and well engineered. The motor is smooth, quiet, and stable even at maximum height, and the programmable controls work flawlessly. In daily use, it has significantly improved my comfort and productivity. What truly stood out was the customer service. When I contacted FlexiSpot with a query, the response was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was reassuring to deal with a company that clearly values customer satisfaction.Overall, this has been a thoroughly positive experience — excellent product, thoughtful design, and first-class customer support. I would not hesitate to recommend the FlexiSpot E7 Pro to anyone considering a height-adjustable desk.
