Very helpful in store without pressure having chosen a carpet ordering was easy. Delivery was within 2 days given a 3 hour time slot delivery driver was polite and helpful. Great service all round definitely recommend

The engineered wood flooring is of very low quality. Several planks have begun to delaminate and crack, and many others feature deep channels that result in an uneven surface. The black resin intended to level the surface fails to do so. The installed floor looks nothing like the sample shown in-store or as advertised.
The initial ordering process for the flooring was seamless, and the fitter was excellent. However, the positives ended there. The wrong color flooring was delivered, returned, and reordered, only for the same incorrect pallet to arrive again. After a third failed delivery in the wrong color, I felt compelled to cancel the order and seek alternatives. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not return to this service.
A significant portion of my appreciation goes to the representative in the shop and the installer from the service. The representative was excellent in providing guidance and advice, while the installer showcased professionalism during the installation. If you have the chance, ensure you have this installer as he was incredibly helpful. The missing star is due to some items not arriving, which caused challenges, but the installer made up for it.
I ordered a carpet online expecting it to arrive before Christmas for my spare room. The delivery was scheduled for the afternoon of December 16th, but the driver arrived earlier without any communication, leaving no one home. This unsatisfactory customer service ruined my Christmas plans. I contacted the store for help, but they referred me to online chat, where I waited over 35 minutes only to learn my delivery has been rescheduled to January 2nd. This has not only disrupted my Christmas but my New Year as well. I had high expectations after seeing the positive reviews, and this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I was not informed that I couldn’t return it to the store and would need to arrange a costly collection instead. With only two packs to return, this situation is likely to leave me at a loss.
