Javier gave great customer service. we booked 6 vans and he was patient as we went thru the process. I'd like to give a shoot out to Juan who is on vacation this time around, but we book thru him went we are planning our trips as well. Thank you for the great service all around!!
I want to make public the bitter experience I'm having with VIAJEMOS.COM, hoping that someone will address and resolve my problem through this channel. I canceled a car rental reservation on December 26, 2025, which went through, but for various reasons I haven't received a refund.
