I returned some dresses complete with…

I returned some dresses complete with tags and in their original packing. It took me weeks to get the right answer from customer service. Several more weeks have passed and I still have not received any refund

One star for customer service and for…

One star for customer service and for deliberately making returns difficult. They love to sell , happy to exchange.... but refund? The Returns enquiry Form is non-existant, deliberately made difficult and suitable only for order enquiries. I am still waiting for a reply from them and refund for six dresses bought and returned to them weeks before Christmas 2021.

Very quick and satisfying responses

I was not happy with my first purchase because they were too small. The response was very quick and satisfying. With my refund I bought another item which is lovely. Very easy to work with and nice clothes.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace! Ordered a dress in October for my grandson’s christening next week. Received message that my order had been cancelled due to supply problems and that I would be receiving a refund in 7-15 working days. Still waiting! Have chased them a number of times but they are saying they cannot process refund because of system maintenance. I have been offered a credit note which I have declined saying I want a refund. Still no refund but now offering 10% on top of credit note. Why would I want to do business with a company I have no confidence in. Having to resort to credit card company to take up my fight.
