Ordered a linen dress small
When it arrived it looked like size 16-18
Far too large. Tried to email company but failed 4 times. Wish to return and can't get through. Would not recommend.
From reading the negative reviews after ordering I was expecting poor quality. Pleasantly surprised though with two out of three very good and the third is ok but not so well made. Advise …..Read description carefully and it should be ok. I won’t bother to return one as prices are good. They fit well . Ordered a medium size . I’m a petite 12/14 as a rule. Good fit !For holiday wear I’m happy as the material perfect weight. Delivery took a while but came after about 2 weeks.
I would give this company a zero if I could. It took two months to receive my order. None of the items look like the pictures. One pair of floral pants looked like they were a light beige and described as beige, but they are pink. The quality is cheap and clothing runs large. Nothing fits me. . Both of my orders came from two different addresses and it looks like a personal address. I have emailed customer service several times, as well as their support site that comes with the packaging, but have not heard a word. There are no instructions to return items. I will never order from them again.
The product was as described, although I would have liked the body of the bag to have been thicker/better quality and more compartments inside. The biggest problem was delivery - very slow. it was ordered and paid for on the 13th February and finally arrived today the 3rd March, over three weeks! I think it must have been around the world! It was a standard postage service but even so took a lot longer than it should! The other thing was that i was unable to track the order and I had to message customer enquires to get acknowledgement that my order had been sent. They did reply, but only because I said if they didn't i would put in a dispute with Paypal if they didn't. Not sure I will be getting more stuff from this seller, what is the point of having a tracking number if it does not work?

When products ordered are received, they are not as described and when a refund or return is requested they deliberately exceed the 14 day time limit so you will lose your right to a refund or return in accordance with their policy. Any written response from them is in poor and broken English, to such an extent that they are not understandable.
