Horrendous service

Horrendous service , sent for 2 dresses - both returned as faulted. & have been refused a refund on both ! Offered ‘credit ‘ on both dresses amounting to £85 ! Why would I want £85 credit with a company who can not provide goods that are not faulted in any way & whose customer service is severely lacking. DO NOT BUY AT ANY COST !

Refunds

After numerous emails ... eventually they refunded 70% of the purchase price. The dress was not fit to wear to begin with. I would not recommend buying from this website.

My first order which was a gorgeous…

My first order which was a gorgeous dress was too large even though I used the size guidelines for Australia. I left a positive review explaining the size indications & within 24 hours I received an email from Floryday offering me the opportunity to exchange the size or accept a discount coupon on my next order. I had already made alterations to the dress to fit me perfectly so accepted the generous offer of the discount coupon.I highly recommend Floryday as their dresses in particular are beautiful & are extremely reasonably priced. I have now purchased 2 dresses & am exceptionally happy with both items & the company go above & beyond to ensure their customers are happy with their purchases & offer excellent after sales service.Forget major retailers, Floryday outshines them all.

Unwanted marketing emails

This company keeps sending me unwanted marketing emails. Despite me contacting them many times the emails keep coming in. On a number of occasions I was reassured the emails would stop and they don't. This has been going on for months. I asked for my details to be deleted a few times now and the emails keep coming. There's no unsubscribe button on them which is a serious breach. I've reported them to ASA now. Avoid at any cost giving your details

Ordered and nothing arrived,

Ordered and nothing arrived, They cancelled and said refund in up to 15 days.contacted them 6 times after the 19th day they kept saying wait another 48 hours(on 3 occasions) had to open dispute with my bank to get refund after 41 days.Complete hassle.
