Review Time
After having the wrong size exhaust tips sent in my first order (in Jan) I was asked to pay for the shipping of the incorrect size tips back (as they would not send me out the product or a shipping label without sending them back) and had to wait weeks before they would refund me and send the “correct” tips out. (Mind you they ignored me for around a week and then when I wrote a bad trustpilot review they started responding)
Once receiving the second package, only one of two tips fit my car (one was the correct inner diameter and other was too small). I have been in contact with support and have been told to cut into my own exhaust tips and shrink them so that I can fit the incorrect part. They also claim to know nothing about the exhaust size differences between EU and AUS (Due to EU having OPF) but when the first package was sent, both exhaust tip inner diameters were the same size and fit over both exhaust pipes But apparently didn’t check or forgot the difference when they sent the second package back?
I’m tired of being left on delivered for days to weeks at a time, just for them to come back with another question they already know the answer to.
I’ve paid nearly $600 AUD for these and cannot even get the correct parts sent out to me and it has been nearly 4 months dealing with this.
I just want my correct exhaust tips to be delivered as my car is currently running one singular exhaust tip.
This customer service has been appalling.
Please rectify this.
I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on March 12th and received absolutely no updates about its status. Only after contacting customer support myself did I find out that part of my order is out of stock and I now have to wait an additional two weeks.This kind of lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should be informed about delays proactively, not forced to chase basic information about their own orders.I genuinely thought this was a professional company that takes its business seriously, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite.This is extremely disappointing. Proper companies inform their customers about delays in advance instead of leaving them in the dark.I paid for this order expecting a smooth and professional service, but instead I’m dealing with poor communication and unnecessary delays.The whole situation feels unprofessional and poorly managed. I expected much better service and transparency.I would not recommend ordering from this store if you expect reliable delivery times or proper customer support.
