When issues arose during the installation regarding the tiles and basin, she and Sivan dealt with them promptly and without fuss.
Having successfully completed the en suite bathroom, we have no hesitation in chosing them again for the next bathroom.
My en-suite had served me well but was in need a refresh. I decided to use Ripples Bournemouth as they were really helpful on my first visit and provided an excellent design service.Once we had settled on the design Ripples organised everything from delivery to installation and clearance of all rubbish. The installation team, D&B installations, were second to none, very experienced, conscientious and reliable. I am really pleased with the end result and would recommend both Ripples and D&B Installation to anybody looking to create a new bathroom experience.

Dauntingly I had 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom to design and source products for in my house renovation. Overwhelmed, I went to a few bathroom design companies to help me. I felt Kim at Ripples really listened to my ideas and took time to think carefully about the products to suit the requirements. The illustrated designs beautifully fulfilled the brief. Ripples' excellent customer service continued through the fitting in coordination with one of their recommended installers, Claire, who excelled in completing a top quality finish throughout.Kim and Michael dealt with any issues promptly and professionally and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
I have recently taken on my first bathroom renovation and the whole process can be quite daunting!I visited the Ripples Showroom in Walton on Thames and met with Emily and Sivan. They immediately made me feel welcome and reassured, and very patiently helped me finalise my bathroom design. I initially came in looking for bathroom tiles and have fallen in love with the chosen product, this now on order through Ripples.Sivan introduced me to Emily, who was extremely dedicated to finding out exactly what I was looking for, gathering information so to create my dream design. It is difficult to recreate what is in your head but Emily really listens and retains all the information getting me where I needed to be. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received.I ask a lot of questions and both Emily and Sivan have been available through the entire process, nothing was ever too much trouble.I really am so glad to have found you guys and appreciate all your support and assistance to get me to my final design and order stage for materials! Jo has provided an exceptional service for our bathroom/utility project. We’ve really appreciated the patience and considerate customer service and support she’s provided since the start of our renovation work. From the initial site visit, to the initial designs and then the follow ups over calls and showroom visits - Jo has provided a wonderful and helpful service.
Ripples of Bath like to describe your showroom visits in terms of “First Experience” and “Second Experience” and ours were very pleasant. However, our “Subsequent Experience” was CATASTROPHIC! Without doubt some of the worst “Experiences” we’ve endured. We signed up to simultaneously modernise 4 rooms: 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms. Our “First Experience” was in July 2024, the work was finally completed the following June. During that time we “Experienced” unreliable delivery schedules, incorrect/broken items, delayed replacement items, lack of promised design sketches, lack of promised mood-boards, delayed technical drawings, lack of samples for material choices and a general lack of responsiveness and urgency.The most damaging “experience” was that 3 of four room designs proved utterly unworkable in practice. 1) Massively over-optimistic attempt to squeeze a bath and separate shower into a room that was too small to comfortably accommodate both.2) Attempt to build a false wall between a wet-room shower area and bath which again left too little workable space3) Shower screen doors clashing with the toilet bowl These “experiences” required significant re-design by the fitter for which, no doubt, Ripples will blame us and say that we approved the designs. That’s true but we naively trusted their “design Experience”. Also, due to a lack of reliable scheduling we “Experienced” the necessity of collecting vanity unit surfaces directly from the manufacturer, collecting furniture items from the showroom and sourcing radiators elsewhere at short-notice to avoid freezing our Christmas guests when the promised items failed to arrive from Ripples.The final “We’re sick of Ripples Experience” was when, in response to a request for exchange of a woefully inadequate vanity unit for a more sensibly sized one, we were refused and advised, in writing, to buy a new one and sell the supplied item on eBay!Our advice, to avoid a similar “Experience”, is simply to avoid the “Ripples of Bath Experience” altogether.
I am delighted with my new bathroom - the team at Ripples Bath listened to my needs and transformed a tired space into a shower room that meets my needs as a person of a certain age. The project was part of a whole apartment refurbishment and the team helped with many aspects including all the flooring throughout my apartment and even suggested underfloor heating and radiators for my living space which has proved to be great advice. I am really impressed with Sean, the installer introduced by Ripples and his team who brought the complete vision designed by Ripples to fruition. I am truly grateful for the service and care throughout and continued support provided by Ripples Bath along with the trades people. Thank you.
