Dante delivered my sofa in 2 weeks
I also made a mistake with my order which I paid for and it was sorted out immediately and money transferred onto my new order . No stress. No problem.
When I phoned and no answer they saw my number and called back !
The sofa is perfect ,exactly as advertised and extremely comfortable

I had delivered today the Bronte sofa 2 seater recliner with USB in beige, I am so impressed with quality of this sofa. I phoned the shop in Burnley to ask if they had stock for the 3 seater recliner. and as they did I have now bought that one as well. The man I spoke at Dante was friendly , and very helpful. the service was great, and was delivered with care. The delivery guys were very helpful and removed all the packing materials.

When I contacted Dante Furniture to ask whether they could source the chair I wanted, Andrew Dante telephoned me three times in two days to assure me of a six-week wait and to take my payment.After seven weeks, I began to telephone to ask how it was going. I have left numerous messages because nobody calls back, I have emailed, and sent Messenger messages via their Facebook page. Twelve and a half weeks and nothing has happened. Clearly, these guys are scammers!
I brought 2 sofas but one of them the Bluetooth was not working I messaged them and they said it was in the process of getting sorted? A week went by without no reply so I gave the number a ring the number wasn't recognised? So I got InTouch direct they said they would send someone out to repair it 2 weeks later and nothing.Dont bother with them the after care is rubbish.After I spent over £2.0000. AVOID...
What a great guy, Frank Dante the owner of Dante furniture is a straight man and tells you how it is, very helpful and accommodating your furniture needs and at the best price.and service don't go around the houses looking for a better deal because you won't find one!!!
My experience with Dante Furniture was a mix of highs and lows. Initially, things went well—I reached out via email after noticing a change in the stock date, and the operations director responded promptly with an explanation. However, as the new stock date came and went, it changed again without any update from the company. I tried reaching out via email and phone but received no response.When I finally got through, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I explained that the stock date had shifted multiple times—from January 15th to February 17th, then to February 28th. I was assured that the stock was arriving from the Far East and would be shipped as soon as it landed. Since DFS had stock available, I considered switching, at which point Dante Furniture offered me a loan sofa while I waited.Once the stock arrived, their website stated delivery within 2 to 7 days. Yet, I heard nothing. I called six times with no answer. When I finally got through, I was told my delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, the 11th. The day before (Monday the 10th), I had received no confirmation, leaving me unsure whether to take the day off work. I emailed, called, and left three voicemail messages—still no response.At around 3 PM, I left another message, this time mentioning that I would be leaving a negative review. Within 10 minutes, I received an automated email with tracking details—but no direct response, explanation, or apology. Just a system-generated tracking update sent at the last minute. Now, let’s see how the actual delivery goes.If all goes well it will be sure to return and update my review and increase to 3 stars. Communication is poor for such a large purchase. Update - changed to 3 stars, saved by the superb delivery men :) the sofa is fantastic
Brilliant company! I have had several pieces of furniture from Dante & never been disappointed. My latest purchase was a beautiful Ravello bed and mattress. This bed was £490 cheaper than the major bed companies. The owner was so helpful and kind and kept me upto date with my order. The delivery drivers were polite and respectful and put each item in the rooms of my choice. Cannot recommend highly enough!
I ordered a chair on line on Sunday. The day after I received a phone call confirming the details of my order and offering delivery that afternoon. The delivery staff were excellent. Since the shade was slightly different to our existing suite the delivery staff returned with the exact match. Excellent price, excellent service and a superb company to deal with. Highly recommended!!
