The support I received, both over the phone and via email, was exceptional. The representative quickly addressed an issue we had, and we are very satisfied. When placing an order, keep in mind that there is a fee for shipping protection, but I managed to have that waived. After all, these are just pillows, not priceless antiques.
I struggled with the ordering process, as I'm not accustomed to the deselecting method they mentioned. I'm very dissatisfied with the service since I ended up owing significantly more than I expected. They finally mentioned a partial refund of some charges, but I remain skeptical about their reliability.
Having tried numerous pillows over the years, these truly excel in both quality and comfort. My sleep has improved significantly, and I no longer find myself restless at night. They also enhance the overall appearance of my bed. This has been the best change I've made for my sleep.
The only response I received was to my previous review. I provided my order number as you asked, yet there has been no follow-up either through my account or here. There has been no reply to my customer service emails. I would like a refund.
I appreciate how my new king pillow enhances the elegance of our bed. It's incredibly soft and fluffy while still providing great support. I wake up feeling refreshed and can't wait for the next time I can snuggle with my pillow.
Great customer service and amazing product! I'm the type of person that loves sleeping on clouds and this is it for me. So fluffy but doesn't flatten out when you're sleeping on it and always fluffs back up. This is probably the most structure I've had in a fluffy pillow.
I hoped for a pillow that didn't go flat when I laid my head on it. I was hoping for plush support. I am very disappointed. The pillow went flat and I was bunching it up all night trying to get support. It's no better than the generic pillow I bought at Walmart for much less. $50 plus expensive shipping is sadly wasted. I do not recommend this product
I love the pillow! There's no problem there. But my orders for linen spray, which I also love, were pretty messed up. They sent me fragrances I didn't order. Not sure if it's to fill orders with substitutes due to back order inventory, but thankfully the excellent customer service worked with me to straighten it all out. I think their fulfillment department needs tighter quality control training, though.
Ordered 5 pillows direct from the fluffco website. I originally ordered 4 pillows before upgrading. It clearly stated that I would get free pillowcases for ordering 4 pillows. When my order arrived, there were no pillowcases.I have emailed fluffco several times and the pillowcases have now been shipped.Good to see that they listened and responded appropriately. The pillows are very good quality!
