I found Mark Chase to be extremely helpful in making my flight plans overseas. He was efficient, polite and knowledgable. My representative was very patient…

My representative was very patient since this was a last minute booking while funds were being allocated using the payment of preference - usually don't move monies until the 10th. I had to break financial protocol - Everything was smooth after a few days and we are all set and ready to fly with peace of mind Thank You Lazarus for being professional and above expectations. Zeena the GREAT

When I checked in I had 3 rooms. My son and his family were not getting to hotel until midnight. So Zeena that checked us in got the 3 rooms signed in. Had us all on the same floor. Had connecting rooms for my son's family. She was GREAT. So THANKS AGAIN ZEENA.BC

My husband had some issues with…

My husband had some issues with cancellation of air India flight in Nov 2024. Flight was rearranged at last minute. Refund of money took some delay but was done finally with good follow up. Thank you.
