I had an awful experience with the service. They damaged my furniture and even the walls of my home, and it has been 7 days with no resolution from them. I've called multiple times each day, but they just keep shifting the responsibility — the service tells me to reach out to their partner, and the partner tells me to contact them back. It's just a blame game. Once they have your payment, they seem to forget about their responsibilities. They charge a lot but provide subpar service. Even after paying extra for better packing, they didn’t offer proper protection. They also falsely claim there’s no damage, while in reality, they caused significant issues. In summary, they take no accountability, provide very poor service, and leave you feeling helpless after the job is completed. I strongly recommend avoiding this service if you value your belongings.

I had a very concerning and unsafe experience with the service today. I arranged for a delivery from a friend's place to my address. After pickup, I noticed the order wasn't progressing on the app, so I reached out to the delivery person. To my surprise, he informed me that someone else was delivering my order while he was occupied with another ride. This 'friend' was neither mentioned in the app nor verified by the service. This means my package was handed over to someone whose identity I had no knowledge of. Even worse, this unknown person was coming to my home address to deliver the order, which is completely unsafe and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, not to have my package and personal address shared with an unverified third party without my consent. This issue needs urgent attention as it jeopardizes customer safety and trust.
