I booked flights worth over 30k and it was a struggle to get seat arrangements. I kept getting the run around. I only get a call to get the payment, after that you figure yourself out or keep hounding them. A travel agent should be with you from booking the trip till the trip is over.
Tom got me a business class fare that was $1700 less round trip than the lowest fare I was offered by a competitor. He also got back to me immediately to answer my many questions. I will definitely be calling him for future trips.
