Sophia Morgan is wonderful. She has been very attentive and responsive. Our tickets were purchased at a comparable price, and she's making it as easy on us as she can. I will update after the trip in December, if further gratuity or better comments are warranted.
Th price was good. However, as soon as my credit card went through and the booking was confirmed, the agent was extremely anxious to get off the phone. He did not offer to help with the seats and said, "You can choose your own seats".
