I was very skeptical about utilizing a 3rd party flight agent. There was a glitch which is unfortunate. Basically I was quoted specific flights and a price. I accepted that itinerary, filled out the passenger info and agreed to pay with my CC. The next day, I found the tickets had not been purchased and now one of my flights was no longer available. I was being re-routed for $90 more. WHY isn't the itinerary offered placed on a 24 hour hold (like the airlines allow) vs. not booking and then being told less than 24 hrs later "that flight is no longer available." I'm booking 3 months out and when I look at that specific flight....there are plenty of seats available.That is my frustration with the company protocols. The agent is great, helpful and doing the best she can within the parameter's of the company.
