I made two bookings and did not receive any email confirmation. My money is lost, which is unbelievable! Their email confirmations often don’t arrive, leaving me without a booking reference or ticket while my credit card was charged.

Disastrous flight experience

The flight was delayed from 03:50 to 08:10, but the main issue was the lack of communication. Passengers were checked in and left waiting at the airport for over 12 hours with no updates, no aircraft assigned, and no support for families. This was a complete operational failure.
