Wonderful, timely upgrade experience

My experience was wonderful and I received what was promised in a timely manner and the communication in between was always there. It felt good having my benefits back, it’s was so hard going back to silver after achieving platinum tier status, so I was happy to be able to go back to it again and enjoy my priority upgrades!
