I recently traveled with this company to Egypt, specifically Hurghada, for a 5-star all-inclusive holiday that included a cruise on the Nile. Unfortunately, the boat was very outdated, and the food was unappetizing. We had to pay extra for drinks and water. The hotel was not clean, and the food options were repetitive with no English cuisine available. I ended up disliking the desserts as well. We spent over £3,000 on this trip, which was not worth it, and now we are considering legal action. Other couples were also expressing their dissatisfaction.

It seems they operate multiple 'companies' under one roof, as the same staff members answered my calls using different names, making the entire process feel unprofessional and misleading. The prices offered were significantly higher compared to other agencies, yet I proceeded due to promised services that were never provided. After payment, support completely diminished. No matter how often I called, I was either ignored, transferred, or told someone would get back to me—but no one ever did. In summary, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unhelpful attitude turned this into a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would recommend future customers to double-check everything before making any payments and to proceed with caution.
I booked my holiday with this agency but am now facing problems obtaining my hotel voucher. I've called multiple times and texted a representative who was polite but not very helpful. It's now late in the day, and I'm still waiting for a response. I'm at a loss for what to do next and wish I had chosen a more professional company. I would advise others to look elsewhere.
Everyone, please be aware: this company is a complete scam, with unprofessional staff. They sold holidays to our family of seven, assuring us of their competence, only to find that many of our requirements were unmet, ruining our trip. Complaints were never addressed, just hollow reassurances for weeks.
