In particular, their portal, which allows you to gain an overview of viewings, feedback, upcoming appointments, rental activity, etc., is a great one-stop shop. It's a real blessing not having to deal with several estate agents simultaneously, as Flyp handles all of that on your behalf. I will use them again—and again.
From the start, our experience with FLYP was reassuring. Oliver provided clear, straightforward guidance that helped put our minds at ease. During the design and guest-letting phase, both Jessica and Elké were excellent - consistently professional and responsive. Most of our communication was via email and I appreciated how quickly and effectively any requests were handled. The work carried out was to a good standard and the staging service transformed the property. The guest-letting was handled well throughout, which meant the property was being used and maintained rather than sitting vacant. While the service isn’t cheap, it’s clear that you’re paying for both convenience and expertise. We needed a quick sale and didn’t have the time or proximity to manage the process ourselves. The fast turnaround probably saved us further costs down the line. If you're time-poor, managing a property remotely or just want a more hands-off, effective way to sell for the best possible price, I’d highly recommend FLYP.

Once Mike from flyp got involved, his support was exceptional, delivering 5-star service that guided us through the process with confidence. The agency leverages modern techniques and up-to-date technology, which streamlined aspects of the sale and gave it a contemporary edge. Their ability to advertise across multiple estate agents provided broader access to the housing market, increasing visibility for our property. At the same time, their strategy of focusing on one local estate agent at a time ensured a targeted approach. Most importantly, once the offer came through, the property sold quickly, which was critical and greatly appreciated.Areas for ImprovementDespite the strengths, there are areas where flyp could improve. The reliance on modern technology, such as for ID checks, may pose challenges for clients less comfortable with digital tools, potentially excluding some users. Additionally, the initial staff member assigned to us failed to build a strong, continuous relationship early on, which delayed trust and communication. The marketing department could benefit from better pre-arranged connections with local estate agents, as the lack of established relationships in our case slowed down coordination with local market stakeholders. Staff availability was another issue, with some queries not being addressed promptly, leading to frustration. Furthermore, some local estate agents were hesitant to work with an online agency because some of its staff were based outside the country, as they were unfamiliar with this model and the local market. Finally, the local agent involved applied unnecessary pressure to complete the sale by a specific deadline, citing the buyer’s urgency, which was not a genuine demand. This was compounded by excessive and unnecessary requests from the buyer’s solicitor, chosen by the local agent, which put us at a disadvantage and forced us to take specific actions to avoid losing the sale.Overallflyp offers a modern, efficient approach to selling properties with strong support from certain team members, like Mike, and a quick sale process. However, improvements in staff continuity, local agent coordination, and sensitivity to client pressures would enhance the experience significantly.
I always get frustrated calling companies and landing up speaking to an answering machine or a bot instead of a human being that can listen to me and assist me properly. FLYP is great in this respect. I can call or Whatsapp the team and get a response and answers quickly in real time. Always met by polite and professional staff.
I was a little bit hesitant to try out FLYP's new self service model as I am not a seasoned property investor but it has been a great experience. The sales team were fantastic and guided me through all the steps.
