Not good. Not organised, cocky and at that time in spite of issues - not interested in improving. We were selling our property and using them as hosts as well whilst we were away. The principle mades sense to us - access multiple estate agents and the supposed book of contacts...but the model is flawed. estate agents don't have incentivisation to sell your property. Then you are also discouraged to put your property on the online channels (rightmove et al.) which is never going to work but with insistence of course they can't say no. This further discourages other agents to push your property. I noted, that often i would be around the area and the agents who booked viewings didn't show up. This happened like 3 times when i was around, so how many times did it happen when not around. so they are incentivised to inflate viewing numbers - this may not be flyp's fault but they surely have responsiblities. They lost some of our property such as coffee machine (took it with them and didn't return), lost keys, the photography was super poor, the logistics was super disorganised - just lots of litlte things again and again. It ended up being just a massive waste of time. 6 months to be exact. Some bright sparks there but overall I think the management at the top have a lot to answer for.

The team did an incredible job improving the home, and it definitely paid off when I sold the property. The upgrades not only boosted its value but also made it so much more appealing to buyers, and they focused on tweaks and little changes rther than just painting the whole thing like I would have done. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and expertise they brought to the project, and the knowledgeable team caught a a moldy patch left by my prior tenants that the checkout report didn't.On top of that, they also managed my tenants during the sale, and they did an excellent job there too. Even though my house is in a (charming) place it's proved trickier to rent before, they were able to maintain a decent steady rental income for me which helped offset my costs. They took care of everything—from finding tenants to handling any issues that came up. There were times when I wasn’t available to deal with tenant concerns, but the team stepped in and resolved everything efficiently exactly as i would have, even dealing qith the neighbours on one occasion which was above and beyond.Overall, I’m really happy with the service I received and would absolutely recommend working with them. I was happy with my sale price, and may even have gotten more for it if I'd wanted to wait a bit longer. Thanks to everyone involved!
