I have recently had the pleasure of working with Flyp Homes. Mike Roux was an amazing go to guy. We had a few issues on the way to completion, and he was the only person that I could talk too. Others were there but Mike understood my predicaments and help get me through. It was a pleasure to work with him, a real problem solver.
I honestly can't believe how much my property has sold for since the Flyp fix. Their work was amazing! My tired house was turned into something buyer were clamoring for. They also handled the rent between the viewing on the sale which gave me peace of mind. Flyp handled everything and my house sold for more than I thought i would get. Worth every penny.
