I recently worked with Flyp to sell one of my properties, and the process worked well, with Flyp arranging and managing several agents. The onboarding was smooth, and the agents were diligent in providing regular feedback, keeping me informed every step of the way. Impressively, we went under offer in just seven weeks and secured a good price .I am now using Flyp to sell my other properties as well. Thank you, Flyp, for your innovative service.
Flyp have taken on several properties for me and a friend I recommended them to. So far they've earned a big thumbs up. Their core concept of staging, and letting while selling is a game changer with the power to disrupt the market. The designers did a great job staging and one of the properties is already under offer. I was concerned that estate agents might put up resistance, but they have been keen to jump on board, and the healthy competition among them seems a big motivator. What sets Flyp apart is not just their concept but the team behind it. Everyone is a pleasure to speak to and knows their job inside out.Given the many moving parts, unsurprisingly there can be occasional delays or issues, but the Flyp team consistently goes the extra mile to address them. Ollie, Olivia, Robyn, Henre, Karen, and all the staff, from the cleaners to the administrators working behind the scenes are lovely people, wholeheartedly committed to the company's mission and making sure renting/selling your property isn't a headache. Highly recommended. I'll aim to update this once the sale goes through (fingers crossed).
We sold our flat in London in a tough market and we had a great experience with Flyp and the entire team.Flyp provided great advice in all stages of the process - from creating the initial listing and setting the asking price, to negotiating with potential buyers and addressing last minute requests before completion. At one stage, the sale fell through because our buyer pulled out right before exchange, but Flyp was very quick in reacting to it and we had a new offer accepted in less than two weeks. At every stage, the team was always available to discuss and brainstorm ideas, and this made us feel supported throughout the whole process. The real strength of the service is the ability to access the network of many estate agents, which makes finding the perfect buyer easier. We’d definitely recommend Flyp to help sell your property!
This process just didn't work. They failed to find a buyer at the minimum price, and failed to produce an uplift in the price. Their management created problems within the block of flats. Their very first 'guests' that came to use the flat managed to annoy all the neighbours by ringing everyone's door bell demanding to know where the keys to flat where. There was regular complaints about noise but I was always told they had a noise alarm fitted and it never went off. (I was never able to find the alarm). The upgrading of the flat was expensive and I was unable to be provided with a proper breakdown of costs. This whole process was expensive, failed to achieve the minimum price, and over 15 months irritated all my neighbours. I would never use this service again.Update June 2024:I've just read through the reply from Team Flyp and feel that the response has been worded in such a way as to be miss-leading. There are other costs that as a Landlord / seller you have to take on with this Flyp process. You have to pay out on all household utilities and council tax which amounted to several thousands of pounds.Indeed I did 'accept' the lower offer, but it was far from being acceptable. I was so desperate to end the arrangement with Flyp as the complaints from my neighbours was becoming so difficult. When I signed up you where very confident in deed that you would achieve a good uplift on the minimum price we agreed on. It was disappointing to have to reduce the minimum price by £20k. I never really understood why I couldn't have been shown the noise alarm. Every time I had a complaint about noise I called Olivia to be told the alarm had not gone off... this I found particularly surprising when one young mother with infant child had a hysterical fit at 2am shouting, screaming and slamming all the doors in the flat and leading to over 3 sets of neighbours complaining to me. Not once did anyone from Flyp contact me to say the alarm had gone off.Regarding the planned works, most of the work was carried out some jobs did get left... the missing window handle, and the final tidy up for example. Because the buyers are now my neighbours they have told me the wallpaper hanging off the wall, broken socket and cleaning was not done. I'm sorry to mention all this, but your response to my initial review painted an almost perfect scenario which was far from the truth.
I fully recommend Flyp as they offer a service which I believe is very well priced and negotiates with other agents on you behalf. They achieved an immediate sale and I am grateful for their service.
I'm an estate agent and have worked with Flyp a few times now. They provide so much extra value to a property sale that it only makes sense to use them. Along with that you're able to generate some extra income as the seller while you're waiting for the property to sell. The team are all highly efficient and make the process very streamline and easy. A very clever concept! Would highly recommend
