Result was fine , but a few glitches along the way. The test came in less than a day ,no ID provided. Sending the test 'photo' was a bit tricky, but got there somehow.The wrong email was used for the certificate, so I had to request one. The certificate had the wrong date so had to be reissued. Rather stressful with the French 24 hr deadline. (thankyou Mr Macron).All sorted out on the chatline by Sam. Thankyou . Phew!
Appalling. Bought 4 fit to fly tests but didn't notice that I hadn't received any acknowledgement until I looked at the procedure for testing and needed an initial code which presumably was in an email which I didn't get. Not in spam either. No phone number and just a 48 hour email response so as flying before then, I had to order 4 more from a competitor (excalibur) which had a number for queries which I actually needed. Don't waste your money.
Once I orientated myself with the details required, it was easy and straightforward and simple to complete from start to finish.I purchased 2 tests , one for myself and the other for my wife, for our return journey from Lanzarote. Good value, correction : best value from flysurance, commpared to the other greedy sharks out there. Thank you Flysurance.
Nervous about using an online service. Georgina asked the questions with great speed that created a sense of confidence. Test purchased, used and certificate arrived within the hour. I would invite the company to consider the fact that the test could be invalid rather than negative or positive ( as do all tests) and that customers may wish to understand the invalided rate and purchase extra tests.
Flysurance were one of the most affordable Travel Lat Flow's I found when doing my research. Glad I went with them as I originally bought the Pre Departure Rapid Antigen Test for my trip but the UK Gov changed the guidelines and scrapped that, instead they said a Day 2 Rapid Antigen Test was needed. I went onto Flysurance's website and they were offering exchanges, which was great! They were pretty quick with sorting it out despite the short notice. My results came within 2-3 hours. Would use Flysurance again if needed.
