What a great experience!! Night before our departure to Thailand, our first leg was cancelled due to weather and the airline wanted to rebook us on two more flights...when there was a direct option for the connect that was cancelled. Mike and his team took care of it ... told us to "go to bed and not worry...they would take care of it". And they did! I will definitely use them again!! Very easy to work with...very responsive to all questions and so helpful with everything.
We just purchased international business class tickets from FlyWorldClass. Mike Enriquez was our travel agent. For the past two days he was working on it and finally made a great deal. He was really a true travel agent who has great knowledge in all corners regarding business class purchase and provided insightful thoughts. I have several queries and he patiently listened and worked it. He appears to be a trusted person based on his suggestion and communication with me.
