Ordered a more than one month ago, no information provided on when they will actually deliver my tire. My request for a refund is unanswered and they act like I've did not tell them I want a refund. So in summary, order not received, refund not received, and I don't know when I am going and if I am going to get either of them.

I placed an order for a Pirelli MT 60 rear tire on February 9th, and as of today, it still has not arrived. I have sent multiple requests asking for a real and updated status of my order, but I have not received any response at all.Communication with the seller is extremely difficult. No information is provided, no updates are given, and customer support seems completely unresponsive. It is very frustrating to pay for a product and then be left without any explanation or proper communication.Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this seller based on the lack of professionalism and customer service.UPDATE: After making over 20 inquiries, I finally received a response claiming the courier was the problem. However, this is a blatant lie. The FedEx tracking number was only generated on February 16th—after weeks of my repeated complaints—and the status has remained stuck at "Label Created." FedEx has never actually received the parcel from the seller!I am still struggling to get a refund with zero results. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and are essentially running a scam by withholding my money for a product they never shipped. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with an online store.
