The upper management is ineffective despite having a talented technology team. There is a concerning lack of vision for both business and technology from management. Many skilled employees are being let go due to an unreasonable 15% iteration policy, which undermines trust in stability. Additionally, there is no work-life balance, as US counterparts expect Asian resources to log in during their time zone, regardless of completed business hours. A very disappointing experience.

Bank Holding Funds Unjustly

I sent two transfers from one country to another, and the bank has held my money for 21 days without any explanation. Because of this situation, our products are stuck in a warehouse for three weeks. What they're doing is unacceptable. Before escalating this matter to higher authorities, I wanted to reach out. How can they hold our funds for such a long time? As an importer, we are losing products because of this bank. I have attached the necessary documents. Please process the transfer promptly; otherwise, I will file a complaint with all relevant institutions.

Difficulty Reaching Customer Support

Getting in touch with someone via phone for a wire transfer is nearly impossible. They do not return calls, and it goes directly to voicemail. They have been holding my money since May and refuse to transfer it to the designated bank. This bank claims to be their correspondent, which raises concerns about their reliability. The next step may be legal action.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

This financial service provider is genuinely the worst I have encountered. They create numerous obstacles to hinder transactions. My account is not recognized, they insist on using postal communication, and online transactions are not permitted. Calls are redirected from one country to another, making the whole experience hopeless.

This company lacks adequate customer support staff, resulting in long wait times for phone responses. Communication with other financial service providers is ineffective. I have been attempting to transfer funds from one platform to another since June 2023, having completed all necessary forms, yet the transfer remains unfinished.

Complete Lack of Accountability

This company takes no responsibility for its mistakes. It operates in various ways to disguise itself and has a reputation for disappearing. They are essentially thieves, taking people's money and pensions. Their behavior warrants a class-action lawsuit. No company should utilize these services for pension plans, especially given their horrendous reviews. Legal action needs to be pursued against them for their fraudulent activities.

Poor Customer Service Experience

The customer service is inadequate; they request information and then remain silent. After almost six months of trying to retrieve funds, it’s frustrating. I've never faced such issues with identity checks from other companies, but this one takes it to a new level. I’m considering escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
