Very disappointed with the service

I ordered food two hours ago and I'm starting to lose hope that it will arrive. When I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that my order has been ready for some time, but the delivery service hasn't shown up. There's no way to chat or call them, and I can't even cancel my order now. Terrible experience overall.

Lack of customer support and delivery issues

I placed an order for food two hours ago and I'm starting to lose hope that it will arrive. When I reached out to the restaurant, they mentioned that it had been prepared for a while, but the delivery service hasn't come for some unknown reason. There's no option to chat or call the delivery service, and I'm unable to cancel my order. Extremely disappointing experience.

Driver took my groceries, no reimbursement

The support team claimed their driver tried to contact me, but I didn't receive any calls—there were no missed calls. I've never had issues with other drivers reaching me. So the driver took my groceries, and the service is refusing to refund the over $40 I spent.

I ordered 11 items, but only 3 arrived. I still had to pay €4 for delivery. The response from the chatbot was dismissive and unhelpful.

Unpleasant experience all around

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I waited over an hour for my order and checked in twice, only to have them tell me to wait longer, then they canceled the order just five minutes later after making me wait hungry for 1.5 hours. They offered a small voucher as compensation, which is ridiculous considering I already spent 200kr on one meal.

Never again, and no thanks for the service

They delivered my order to the wrong address. The customer service refused to issue a refund and blamed me as if I intentionally placed an order for an address I don't even know. Unbelievable, I won't use this service again.

First and last time using this app!

I ordered a €21 meal which included Korean fried chicken, sweet potato chips, and a coke. Everything was fine except the chips were stale. I sent a photo to the service requesting a refund, but they offered me a small coupon instead. I declined both. This was my first and last experience with the app!

Delivery issues for me and my child

I ordered food for myself and my child after coming home from work. The order arrived an hour later but was incomplete. They only refunded the missing items and didn't redeliver them. The missing items were cold as well, and I only received generic responses from customer service. Shame on you.

Frustrating experience with the service

I'm incredibly frustrated with the service I received. After ordering food, we waited over 3 hours with no delivery. Contacting customer support was a hassle—one agent even closed the chat without any resolution. Another agent was unhelpful, providing only scripted responses. To top it off, the app showed my food as 'delivered' when it clearly was not. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
