My experience with this service was extremely disappointing.

This is the first and last time I will ever use this service. I had high hopes for a long-term relationship, but it ended as quickly as it began. I ordered breaded cod fillets, expecting a delightful meal, but when my order finally arrived, the fish was brownish-gray and had a gummy texture, tasting more like bread crumbs with something inedible inside. After I raised my concerns, they provided store credit instead of a refund. I then ordered catfish, excited by the quantity, but noticed a strong fishy odor. I tried soaking it in milk, vinegar, and lemon, yet the smell persisted. After cooking, I experienced stomach discomfort shortly after eating. The smell clung to my fingers despite my attempts to clean it. Upon inspecting the fish, it appeared brownish-gray and seemed spoiled, suggesting it had been frozen before shipping. I was frustrated to have a freezer full of catfish I couldn't eat. After complaining again, I received more store credit. Reluctantly, I ordered shrimp crab egg rolls, which looked well-packaged, but the crab had a strong odor. I feel compelled to share my experience. I suspect this service is aware that they're shipping spoiled food and continue to do so, disregarding customer complaints. I advise others to spend their money elsewhere for perishable items and not to waste time with this service again.

Never Ordering Again

This is the first and last time I will order from this service. I had hoped for a long-term relationship, but it ended quickly. My order of breaded cod fillets arrived looking unappealing and tasted terrible. After complaining, I received store credit. The catfish I ordered next had a strong smell, and even after attempts to prepare it, I felt unwell after eating. I believe they knowingly ship spoiled food. I advise others to spend their money elsewhere.
