I would definitely not choose to order from this service again. I ordered shoes in size 10 and received a poorly made imitation instead, and on top of that, it was the wrong size. They promised delivery by Christmas, but that didn't happen either. I've sent numerous emails to the support team with no response at all. The shoes were not inexpensive; this was meant to be a Christmas gift for my husband, and I am extremely frustrated with both the product quality and the lack of communication from the service.

They were selling custom shoes, but now they only offer clothing. When I ordered custom shoes, I knew they were knockoffs but liked the design. The customization was great, but their customer service was horrendous. They shipped my shoes in a plastic bag without a box, resulting in damage. I requested an exchange and a refund, but they refused. I emailed them daily for six months, demanding a 50% refund. After much persistence, they finally agreed, but communication has been frustrating. I feel like I'm never getting my money back. This company is a scam, and I won't give up until I get my refund.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have no choice; otherwise, it would be none. My order was placed a month and a half ago, and there's a serious lack of communication. The tracking information is unchanged every day. I'm very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
