I started my relationship with Underoufit looking for petti-pants or shorts for under dresses and skirts. I found the delightfully light 7 inch thigh protectors. It's like wearing nothing but SMOOTH. This led me to trying the camisoles which ended up being more compressive and less body-enhancing than I wanted. I was able to exchange the camisoles for the NoGap Tailored bra. Wow, what a new bra experience! This is the best fitting bra I've ever worn. So sad it took 60 years to find, but so glad I'll be comfortable and stylish for the rest of my life. These are perfect for small breasted women!! I love the straps and how it hugs me in all the right places. Truly a great experience with Underoutfit from start to finish!
These bras are truly exceptional. I have a collection of 13. After being diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2022, I needed comfortable bras following chemotherapy, a lumpectomy, and radiation. They are so comfortable that I can even sleep in them. I highly recommend them and will never choose anything else.
Having grown up in the late 60s and 70s, I rarely wore a bra, and as I aged, they became increasingly uncomfortable. Then I found this service and decided to give it a chance. Now, I only wear a bra when going out, but it's a significant change for me. I not only wear one, but I also keep it on during the ride home. Recently, I even fell asleep in one! I purchased two bras and found that they were too stiff for me and did not fit well. I requested a refund & was told to donate the bras and offered me a complete refund immediately! I highly recommend their customer service! I will be purchasing more in the future!
I ordered a bra that ended up not fitting like I had hoped. I contacted customer service. Their response was prompt and courteous and a refund was issued quickly. Here is the best part - they suggested that I donate the bra to a local charity instead of hassling with sending it back! WOW! This company has HEART. I won't forget their kind gesture and will order from them again,
I purchased the model 460 for a low cut dress I was wearing to a formal event. The bra stitching at the point where the hooks attach made me uncomfortable the entire event. I did not see anything poking out tried trimming the fine threads sticking out. The next time I tried to wear the bra was several months later and it was still uncomfortable. I believe the bra is defective. Underoutfit will not take it back over 180 days even though I wore it once and tried a second time. I was told by customer service "Thats the policy" even for defective merchandise.
