Love the necklace. Beautifully designed. But I don't like how the pendant constantly flips over so the Scorpio sign is more unseen than seen and just looks like a plain gold coin, unless I'm constantly touching or holding it to keep it in place. I have the same issue with another TAI necklace. I wish I remembered that before getting this one.
Really loved my bracelet. I looked up this company after purchasing two bracelets in the bahamas. The bracelet I bought from the site also very well made, however, one of the charms that dangles -- it was a happy face but it's now just a plain yellow bead because the face has worn off. For the price, I would expect it to last much longer. So that was disappoiting as it was a nice cute touch to the bracelet.
The earring were extra large and not large.Your return policy is very impersonal. In fact, I am not even sure if I'll get my money back. I would feel more comfortable going through yur site and receving a prepaid mailing label thru PFedEx, USPS or UPS. I don't mind paying the shipping. Just receiving a return address to mail jewelry back to without an electronic account of the return seems like you all don't care
