First time I have connect with the Livewell. Whole experience was amazing. Whole process was completed quickly and timely manner. Nurse Practitioner Julia Miller was quick and efficiently completed the process. I felt she was very responsibly prescribed my medication which is appreciated for the concern of an another person's life.

I am still waiting for my order

I am still waiting for my order, since October 9th. The problem was that they were confused about the PO Box, yet they still had my complete mailing address. No one contacted me so it was after a week and a half a notice pops up saying issues with delivering. Anyways, there is not an actual phone number available, you are unable to speak to an actual person, only communicate theough email, and at Livewell's convenience. The latest email states that they are sending it out.

Better communication required. No one totally explained my initial pen usage. 6 doses not 4. Had difficult time with my renewal, kept receiving the same message from Livewell . Different people responding, no consistency. Overall ok service but, room for improvement.

You messed up

You messed up. I started over 6 weeks ago to get 2 scripts as I am traveling. I got sent the wrong medicine. After a week of saying I didnt want it back and forth and returning it. No refill was subscribed. I had to go theought the holw pricess again pay the fee again and then 1 month was sent. And the 2nd i never got in time bexuae no ine would answer my messages for almost a week. 2nd was supposed to be shipped yesterday and nothing. You seem only want to engage when things are good. My messages asking for help have been deleted. Not impressed.

Prompt and detailed response

I will like to have live conversation/consultation as opposed waiting for two days to get a response. I almost cancelled my service because I was expecting a prompt that I have a message meanwhile I needed to keep checking to see if I have received response. Livewell should consider having a push notification for when the Nurse is online on their site.
