Review Time
This is the first time I am trying this program out. I did try applying before, however I wasn't approved due to lack of funds. The information that I received was thorough and efficient. I understood all that was explained and I felt safe 🙏. I just need to pay for my consultation and everything with be fine. Thank you for your time and patience.
I completed the online consultation request and waited for a reply within the 48–72 hours promised on their website. However, I did not receive any response even after a week. I then decided to call, but the phone number is not legitimate and only directs you to use their chatbox. I tried the chatbox, which states a 3-hour response time, but I only received an answer after 2 days (screenshot attached). • No communication • Poor customer service • Sketchy and unreliable service
Doctors were good but the customer service was very poor and rude. Even when I’m going out of my way to clarify myself respectfully to the customer service they enjoy sending petty emails. Please remove entitled Gen Z from your employees or train them better. The emails are so poorly written. Julia from Livewell customer service was likely writing her responses from an iPad in bed. Extremely lazy responses that were not even punctuated properly.
