Very Disappointed

The service was great, and waiting for delivery didn't worry me as it has others. I however, was told the cost would be $250 a month and I was charged $320. And no mention of the $99 I will be charged every month. You also told me you would be sending a two month supply. I received one month. The procedure wasn't explained properly or thoroughly.

The customer service is incredible. I booked an online appointment to check my physical condition, and they sent me the medical order so I could do the required tests, including blood work, to determine if I was a candidate for Mounjaro. Today I applied my first dose, and so far I feel completely normal. I’ll share more about my experience later on.

Livewell has been wonderful to work…

Livewell has been wonderful to work with. Quick responsiveness and very detail oriented. Would highly recommend. Shipments occur with UPS and that is where any issues have occurred. Don’t expect next day delivery, if it happens lucky for you, just don’t expect it.

It’s impossible to speak to an actual medical professional. No matter what question you ask, you only get a script answer that is basically trying to maximize how much money they can make from you.There is zero support, knowledge or basic customer service.I’ve had never ending issues with delivery and Livewell refuse to help and just blame it on their partner.Livewell charge you for every single interaction with them, and the medication costs are higher than their competitors.There isn’t a single reason to use them. There are so many options out there… try any of them!
