My first experience with this service was quite frustrating. I received no emails about my food order expected on Monday, and had to call for a tracking number. To top it off, the order wasn’t dispatched until 4 PM, causing it to arrive on Wednesday! While my interaction with the support team was pleasant and they helped with my tracking number, it’s ridiculous that I had to call to get information that should have been provided. I was shocked to learn they only created the shipping label on the 20th and didn't process it until I complained.

This is an exceptional service and a true gem. I plan to use it for a long time. Home delivery of healthy foods—grass-fed and organic—cannot be beaten. Everything tastes great and is reasonably priced. I only wish I had discovered this sooner. I've never eaten healthier or more consistently in my life.
The meals are excellent and they consistently get my order right! I've had other services that never got my order correct. The meals are wholesome and not processed. I've enjoyed every meal I've received so far, and I'm on my third delivery.
