I bought the Veronica sofa from Dako (online order). The only real positive is that it’s quick and easy to assemble.
Unfortunately, the comfort is a huge disappointment. On the product page it says: “This sofa is made with high-quality foam and wave springs, providing excellent comfort and support for daily use.” In my case this feels completely untrue — the sofa is extremely hard, like sitting on a wooden board. I’ve had firm sofas before, but this one is by far the hardest.
Also, the colour I received doesn’t match the photos on the website — it looks different in real life than advertised.
Another problem is the returns policy: return shipping is on the customer, and they say returns are only accepted in the original packaging. But how is a customer supposed to properly check comfort/quality without unpacking it and damaging the cardboard packaging? This puts buyers in a very unfair position.
I’m giving one extra star for the delivery experience — the Polish driver who delivered it was polite and helpful. Other than that, I’m not happy with the product and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a soft, comfortable sofa.
Outstanding service! I placed an order for a wardrobe for my son just two days before Christmas, and the delivery was promptly scheduled for January 6th. I received timely updates regarding the delivery time on the day itself. I opted for assembly, and it was absolutely worth it! The setup was quicker than anticipated, and there was no mess left behind. The wardrobe is very sturdy. I have no complaints about the service or the quality of the furniture from the company. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
I bought a wardrobe, but it arrived missing a rail. I'm still waiting for updates on its delivery. I've called multiple times, but there’s been no answer. The wardrobe looks nice, but the sliding doors don’t close properly, and there’s a scratch on the mirror. I couldn't reach anyone to discuss these issues. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would recommend avoiding this seller; I suspect they inflate their positive reviews. Overall, very disappointing.
It's quite heavy for thin panels and the instructions are difficult to follow. Assembling it on the floor is tough due to the weight. If you're looking for something budget-friendly, it's acceptable, but I'd suggest opting for a well-known brand if you can afford it. On the plus side, it has a nice partition and ample space inside, which is sufficient for one person. It's sturdy enough for a teenager but not overly robust. The brand is local, likely produced in the region. (I had to buy extra screws since not all were provided, but there were plenty of extra nails.)
I ordered a wardrobe and paid via credit card. There was no response until I followed up and received a delivery date that has now passed. I've tried calling and emailing with no response. I'm now convinced this is a fraudulent website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I'm starting to doubt the authenticity of other reviews! After reading them on November 25th, I ordered a wardrobe for home delivery, but two weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. The initial delivery message suggested I could reschedule, but after declining the original date, I found out there’s been no follow-up! I can't reach them by phone, no replies to my emails, and no updates from the delivery management system! It feels like a scam operation that just takes your money and vanishes! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
