I had a terrible experience with this company. Their technicians were completely incompetent — they couldn’t fix basic rpm-php errors or install Magento properly. On top of that, the service was painfully slow.The VPS I received was full of bugs from the start, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.
I am a client since 2011 at Accuweb hosting and I never had any issue with their platform, no downtime, no issues, my websites were always in service. I did not even have to visit my VPS to do things and almost forget my skills and even my passwords . When I needed new services and yearly SSL renewals they were very helpful and solve them timely with a few email exchange. Their service is the most reliable one as much as I experienced myself.
